Welcome to SyncGuard ("SyncGuard", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") available at syncguard.dev. By creating an account or using SyncGuard, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
SyncGuard is a cron job monitoring service. Your systems send "ping" signals to SyncGuard after each scheduled job run. SyncGuard tracks missed runs per tenant, opens incidents when miss thresholds are breached, and delivers alerts through your configured notification channels.
SyncGuard is designed for monitoring scheduled jobs in multi-tenant systems. It is not a general-purpose monitoring, logging, or application performance management platform.
